I am an avid tennis and pickleball player and I 100% credit my workouts at Reclaimed Fitness for keeping me flexible and injury free. Cathleen has been talking about the importance of core strength and mobility for as long as I have known her, but it really hit home for me when I started playing tennis. I see so many players who can't even bend down to pick up a ball. People always ask me why I often pass up tennis opportunities to workout instead. Cross training is so important. My workouts at RF improve my body and give back what the hard impact of tennis takes away. Not to mention the classes are downright fun!

The demands placed on all of us have grown tremendously. Exercise, our trusty stress reliever, has been taken away due to changing schedules and lifestyles.
