From the boxing ring to the fighting cage, Group Fight combines cutting-edge moves with thrilling music. This electric experience is addictive! FIGHT FOR IT!

Group Centergy® will grow you longer and stronger with an invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. It incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. Inspiring music and supportive coaching will ensure you succeed with simple, athletic exercises that use dumbbells, body weight, and The STEP®. ACTIVATE YOUR LIFE!

Group Core® gives you three-dimensional strength training in 30 action-packed minutes! A stronger core improves athletic performance, enhances movement health, and helps prevent back pain. Expert coaching and motivating music will push you through integrated exercises that use your body weight and weight plates. HARD CORE!

Zumba® is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Cycle/Strength Fusion is a workout that has it all. Great cardiovascular training on the indoor bike using high intensity intervals paired with a rocking playlist. But speed isn't enough, so you'll be getting off the bike for strength training using a combination of TRX and weight circuits. LET'S SWEAT!

This 45 minute class will have you rotating through various stations in a circuit with little rest between each station. It will focus on different muscle groups to build strength and endurance. It will incorporate a variety of exercises using barbells, kettle bells and TRX bands. No class will be the same. Work hard and have fun.
