When I receive magazines from AARP I typically throw them in the recycling bin because "I'm not that old". When I received the August/September 2025 issue there was a cover article which piqued my interest. This led me to leaf through the magazine and I stumbled upon an article which I love, especially because this information is exactly what we teach in our group exercise classes at Reclaimed Fitness. These are the types of movement basics that keep us healthy movers for our entire lives. And I firmly believe that being healthy movers for our entire lives is exactly what we should be striving for with our exercise habits.
